1. General Policy
Entry fees are non-refundable once a quiz has been started by the user. By joining a quiz and submitting your entry fee, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. When Refunds ARE Issued
Refunds will be processed in the following circumstances:
- A quiz is cancelled by QuizArena before it starts
- A technical failure on our end prevents you from completing a quiz you paid for
- Duplicate payment was charged for the same quiz
- Payment was processed but quiz access was not granted (manual UPI payments)
3. When Refunds are NOT Issued
- You started the quiz and voluntarily quit
- You were disqualified for violating fair play rules
- You did not score high enough to win a prize
- The quiz ran as scheduled but you missed it
- Internet connectivity issues on your end
4. Refund Process
To request a refund for an eligible reason:
- Contact us within 48 hours of the quiz end time
- Provide your registered mobile number and transaction ID
- Describe the issue clearly
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Prize Winnings
Prize money is sent to the winner's registered UPI ID within 48 hours of winner declaration. If a UPI transfer fails, we will contact you via SMS to collect correct UPI details.
